How long does it take from order to delivery?
3–20 working days, depending on the shipping chosen. The local operator buys the product within 2-3 working days, and timing for rare products is stated in advance on the product page.
What does "refund out of our own pocket" mean?
You don't wait for an insurance company or the original seller to refund you. If the package arrives with problems, Shoppywhere refunds you directly and then seeks recovery from the local supplier. You receive the money in 1-2 days, not weeks or months.
How can I pay?

Can I see the product before it ships?
Yes. On request, the local operator sends you photos of the product before it ships.
Can I order a product that isn't in the app?
Yes, with Shoppywhere TURBO: send us photos of the product on WhatsApp or LINE and we quote it within 24 hours. TURBO is free for the first 3 days, then its price depends on where you live.
