About Shoppywhere

Products are bought in three countries. The catalogue depends on the country of origin:

• Japan

  Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball Super Fusion World, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Weiss Schwarz cards, One Piece figures, Pokémon retro video games, Pokémon Center merchandise, Labubu, Smiski, Studio Ghibli, Hololive, manga and light novels.

• South Korea

  K-pop albums, merchandise and photocards, One Piece, Pokémon and Naruto Kayou cards, and Korean skin care (SKIN1004, Round Lab, COSRX and other brands).

• Italy

  One Piece, Pokémon and Dragon Ball Super Fusion World cards in English, Riftbound cards, local foods and luxury waters.

1. 1Find the product in the Shoppywhere app for iOS or Android, browsing videos from shops in Japan, South Korea and Italy.
2. 2If the product isn't in the app, Shoppywhere TURBO subscribers send photos of it on WhatsApp or LINE and get a quote within 24 hours. TURBO is free for the first 3 days, then its price depends on where you live.
3. 3Pay by card, PayPal, bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
4. 4A local operator buys the product in a physical or online store in the country of origin within 2-3 working days.
5. 5On request, you receive photos of the product before it ships.
6. 6The order ships with tracking. The tracking link arrives by email and as an in-app notification.

Shoppywhere ships worldwide, to every country. Products are bought in Japan, South Korea and Italy and shipped with tracking from the country of origin.

Write to Shoppywhere within 15 days of delivery. Depending on the damage, the refund goes from 20% of the order up to 100% of the product cost, and it arrives in 1-2 working days. Shoppywhere refunds you directly and then seeks recovery from the local supplier, so you don't wait for an insurer or the original seller.
