How much does it cost to use Shoppywhere compared to classic retailers?
On the majority of products listed you pay up to 20% less than professional retailers, plus shipping is free for orders over €100 while for orders over €300 you receive free express shipping.
Why should I trust Shoppywhere and not a private seller?
From a private seller you have no guarantee, almost always no refund and the goods could be counterfeit. Buying from a professional you have higher prices justified by their structure. Shoppywhere: you get a low price as if buying from a private seller but also the refund guarantee as when you buy from a professional and if necessary you can also request photos of the products before departure.
What happens if the product arrives damaged or there are problems? You write to us within 15 days of delivery. We refund from 20% of the order upwards based on the damage the product presents, up to 100% of the product cost. The refund arrives in 1-2 working days to your account.

Yes. You receive tracking from the moment your order is shipped from the country of origin (Japan/Korea/Italy). Together with the tracking you are also provided with a direct link to monitor how the arrival of your order is progressing both via email and in-app notification.
It takes from 3 to 20 working days depending on the type of shipping chosen. If for example you order on Monday, you need to give 2-3 days for the operator to make the purchases, once shipped the delivery to your home will happen in 4-15 working days. For rare products or with particular timelines up to 20 total working days but this is written in advance on the product page.
You don't wait for an insurance company or the original seller to refund you. If the package arrives with problems, Shoppywhere refunds you directly and then seeks recovery from the local supplier. You receive the money in 1-2 days, not weeks or months.
